The CHL series wet mixer granulator is an innovative formulation processing equipment widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The machine mixes multiple formulations by adding them into the working container at one time, and automatically injects adhesive or directly mixes them into soft materials before cutting them into granules. It is equipped with a variable frequency speed control system to adapt to different material requirements and can automatically stop operation within the set time. The container cover is easy to open, ensuring safe and reliable operation; it is easy to clean, just connect the cleaning water interface and start the sealing system, and the water will spray into the granulation barrel for comprehensive cleaning. All key components such as mixing and cutting motors, discharge valves, and lid opening and closing devices are interlocked to ensure that they will only start working when the discharge valve is closed and the lid is tightened, ensuring efficient and high-quality granule production.
