Automatic Cotton Inserting Machine CED-MS

The CED-MS automatic tampon insertion machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology and has high flexibility. It can adjust the production speed according to the different specifications and characteristics of the bottles. During operation, the sliver is sent to the pressing roller through the guide frame, and then the cotton pulling wheel presses and breaks the sliver under the action of spring force, and then it is pushed into the bottle mouth by the cylinder.

The face plate stepper motor drives the face plate to rotate 90 degrees, so that the bottle with tampons installed moves to the conveyor belt, and the new bottle to be processed is added in place. This efficient operation mode not only improves work efficiency, but also ensures that each bottle can obtain consistent quality control. In addition, in order to facilitate user operation and maintenance, the machine is equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen controller, which provides an intuitive operation interface and detailed parameter setting options.
