Desktop Blister Packing Machine BM-IV

The BM series blister sealer is an efficient sealing and packaging solution designed for a variety of products such as capsules, tablets, dragees, etc. It can produce blister packs with a maximum size of 96*64 mm. This series of machines uses a single-phase AC power supply and a built-in intelligent microprocessor temperature controller to ensure accurate temperature control and automatic adjustment during the heating process. The operation is simple, quiet and pollution-free.

The user only needs to put the product into the blister and flatten the aluminum foil, then push the mold seat into place and pull down the control lever to start the heat seal timer. After the heat seal is completed, the machine will sound an alarm to prompt the removal of the finished product. The BM series provides two operating modes, manual and semi-automatic, with a compact design and multiple safety protection measures to ensure easy use, safety and reliability.
